Papers of the Chaucer Guild, 1930-2005
The Chaucer Guild is the Oldest Poetry Society in New Jersey. This collection is only but a small amount of the material that was produced during seventy-five years of its existence. The material contained in this collection provides a wonderful running narrative of a small group of poets through photographs, letters, newsletters and various collections of poems. Finding Aid
Nicholas Martini Collection, 1931-1991
Personal papers and extensive newspaper clippings document Martini’s campaigns for office and present a political history of Passaic in the 1930s through the 1950s. Numerous photos and other personal papers provide information about the Martini family, his business ventures, and involvement in community activities. Finding Aid
The William Paterson papers, 1689-1841
The William Paterson Papers, 1689-1841, primarily reflect William Paterson's legal career. More than half of the collection is taken up with files of court cases with which Paterson was involved. The remainder contains some documentation of the Paterson family, materials relating to East/West Jersey proprietors, a broad miscellaneous section, and a number of New Jersey court docket books.
